Judy has owned Great Danes since 1989 when she got her first Dane, Maggie.  Not long after, Judy got her second Dane, Molly.  The pair were soon dubbed the “M & M Sisters.”  Mollie, who lived to be 14 yrs old, was a Delta Certified Animal Assisted Therapy Dog and would go to work with Judy everyday.  Maggie, who lived to be 15 yrs old, was the defender and protector of the home and all who lived there.

Due to lack of a local Great Dane Rescue, Judy traveled to Dallas in 2003 to adopt her current Dane, Scooby. He is a Delta Certified Animal Assisted Therapy Dog as well as a Meet the Breed Ambassador at the Houston Dog Show.  He has been instrumental in helping balance Great Danes that they have fostered.
