Description: If you are an early BIRD and like to get up early, then this is the event for you! This is the 3rd annual Mutt Strut and Runway Race for the Houston SPCA. Check in starts at 6:15 AM and the race begins at 8:45, the Mutt Strut starts at 9:30.
