A Bark in the Park

Description: Come out and enjoy a beautiful day at Kempner Park in Galveston Texas in the Downtown Historical District. GDRST has been invited to participate in this event! It will be held in conjuction with tons of others such as the Farmes Market and Craft show. What a great day for the family and furfriends! Event is free and is from 9AM-3PM.
The annual event will also feature tents with local vendors housing all types of merchandise , local talented artist showcasing their canine creations, caricaturists, balloon artists, face painters, local pet services, pet photographers, rescue village highlighting adoptable dogs from the shelter, gourmet lunch boxes, fresh squeezed lemonade, and much more!
Held in conjunction with a Farmer’s Market that will offer locally grown fruits and vegetables, artisan breads and cheeses, fresh pasta, flowers and herbs. This is an active, fun way for island dogs and dog lovers to spend an April morning, afternoon, or even an entire day!
