Foster homes are a crucial part of our organization. Without them, we would not be able to help the many Great Danes in need in our area. Currently, we are seeking foster homes to help with the overwhelming request for Danes to come into our program. If we don’t have foster homes, we can’t save lives. Won’t you please consider opening up your home to a Dane in need on their journey to find their forever home.

My application might still be on file. I applied to adopt back in 2010 and was approved, not not sure how long you all keep them. I will be moving back to the same location as when I applied. As soon as I get back I will call you. Wish I could help sooner:)

What is a rough estimate of monthly cost to be a foster parent?????
Ashyln, basically, we just ask for the foster family to cover the cost of food. However, some foster families will buy the foster dog toys, bowl, bed, etc… We cover all the medical costs and can even supply a crate for you to use if you need one. Here is a link to more information about fostering.
