Featured Dane – Daisy
Meet Daisy!
Hi there, my name is Daisy. I am a 2-3 year old female Great Dane. I am what you would call a “petite” Great Dane at 85 pounds. I am housebroken, I know basic commands like “sit,” I am crate trained, and I am learning how to play with toys.
I was abandoned at a shelter where GDRST came to rescue me. I have been in foster care working on my training and how to enjoy things in life. I was an outside only dog before, so I wasn’t potty trained and I had never interacted with other animals either. Because of this, I am not fond of other animals and need to be the only pet in your home.
I am up to date on all my shots, spayed, and I have even had a gastropexy (stomach tack) so there will be no worry about bloat (stomach torsion).
I would make a great pet for a family with kids. I love to play with children and my “petite” size means that I am perfect for children. I love to snuggle and my favorite thing is to sit around and be petted. I am learning how to fetch and I love to chew on raw hide bones.
I am ready to find my forever family. Maybe it could be you!!
